Therese Rahme

After completing her degree in Psychology, Therese made the decision not to enter the workforce, but rather focus on raising a family of four healthy, well-adjusted children. During this time she devoted her attention to extensive research on gifted education, building children's self-esteem and motivation to aid her children's development. She was hugely involved in the school life of her children from reading in class to events management, year co-coordinator in senior and junior schools as well as being involved with policy changes. Therese has a profound understanding and compassion for mothers undergoing the change from home to the work place, sound knowledge of challenges that parents are confronted with as their children shift from adolescent to teenagers and life beyond the HSC.
