Dieting

People come in all shapes and sizes. It's natural and wonderful! But often we feel the need to change the way we look. One of the most common client issues that any Life-Coach will encounter is Dieting, usually in order to lose weight. There are thousands of diets, books, cookbooks and dieting services avaiable. As a coach, we don't need to be specialists in all of them, although having some knowledge in this field is an invaluable tool for all Life-Coaches. Dieting can also involve regulating food intake in order to gain weight or indeed, to maintain a healthy weight. Remember also that dieting is best done under medical supervision and in conjunction with some form of physical exercise regime. So please also refer you client to their GP, a qualified nutritionist, dietitian and physical health practitioner (a gym).
