Employment

Work is a fundamental part of life.  It provides income, security, social interaction and, for many people a sense of purpose and identity. As such, it is a very common and important coaching area.  Some coaches specialise in Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Business Coaching etc.  However, most Life-Coaches will encounter clients who require coaching in some area of employment.  There are many useful models and tools that can be used when coaching this issue.
