Mindfulness

Mindfulness a type of meditation that brings our attention to the present moment. It is being in the here and now, rather than allowing our minds to wander to different thoughts, the past or future. Numerous clinical studies have documented the health benefits of mindfulness practices.There are a number of meditation exercises designed to improve mindfulness. Our Mentors will explain some great techniques and tips you can use with your clients. Generally it is recommended to start with short periods of 10 minutes or so of mindfulness practice.
