Yoga

Yoga means "connection" in Sanskrit. There are many different types of Yoga. It is a body of techniques that lead us to consciously connect with our bodies, our minds and with life. There is no dogma or belief system attached to Yoga. Yoga simply tells us to do a certain practice and then to feel the effect of that practice, e.g. if we breath slowly in a relaxed manner we will slow our heart rate; if we focus the mind we will develop mental peace and deep insight. Yoga is a great thing to use in coaching. Our Mentors take you through some of their favourite yogic techniques.
