Hi I'm David Young. In a previous happiness module, I covered some basic techniques to help your client instantly boost their happiness levels. We started by gauging the client’s current level of happiness. We then looked at changing their physiology, by getting them to alter their posture and facial expression. We also used a pattern-interrupt followed by an expanded awareness technique to induce a mild hypnotic state. We then looked at their routine behavioral patterns to see how much happy behavior they regularly experienced. And we finished with a technique know as “spot the dots”, which conditions the unconscious mind to become naturally happier. All of these simple techniques work and will definitely boost your clients happiness levels. Still, happiness is such a major issue for many clients that I wanted to give you some even more powerful coaching techniques for happiness. So here we go with Happiness II. And I’m going to introduce the 5 key factors of sustained happiness: Gratitude, Exercise, Diet, Stillness, and Relationships.
